DAILY EXERCISES

1 – Perform 5-Minute Daily Routine – As soon as you get out of bed every morning to promote energy (Qi) flow around the body and help eliminate any pain caused by energy stagnations that may have formed overnight.

2 – Perfom Pulling Down The Heavens – As required to relieve stress & anxiety – purge, consolidate & ground you. (N.B. This is a stand alone exercise but should be performed before and after doing 5-Elements Qigong or Tai Chi).

3 – Perform 5-Elements Qigong (a.m. & p.m.) – To boost the energy (Qi) in your internal organs helping them work more efficiently & strengthen your immune system.

4 – Perform Tai Chi (a.m. & p.m.) – To give your internal organs a massage breaking away any stagnated energy that may be clinging to them stopping them working efficiently & strengthen your immune system.

For all exercises breathing should be in and out through the nose with your mouth closed and your tongue touching the roof of your mouth to connect the Du & Ren energy channels.  As you breath in expand your stomach and as you breath out contract your stomach
